Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the nails are in their original, unopened packaging with all adhesive tabs and application kits included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for hygiene compliance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
